If you buy sod and top soil this is what you can expect. Poor products/ even poorer management and customer service. They will give any excuse in the book to avoid the 30 day warranty even if you follow step by step lawn care instructions they provide to you. This company is a joke.
The worst sod we have ever seen. Contractor chose Petersen Turf for our entire yard and the sod is such poor quality. We called several times for advice and the customer service is very poor as they don't bother with after service. We will have to top soil and seed the entire quarter acre in the spring. So disappointed with the quality of this company. ..
Always great quality sod and amazing service...much better than other suppliers. Easy to work with and they go the extra mile whenever possible. Have never been disappointed over the years.
