I am very pleased with my recent purchase of a new 2020 Corolla from Orleans Toyota. My sales rep, Graham Miles, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I knew what type of car I wanted and he directed me exactly to what I was looking for. I very much appreciated his flexibility during negotiations and for allowing me to keep the car on the dealer lot for an extended period when my father died unexpectedly before I took possession and I had to travel out-of-province to make funeral arrangements and perform executor duties. I recently bought a 2021 4Runner at Orleans Toyota. I had the pleasure of dealing with salesman Gabriel. Gabriel was extremely helpful and courteous, as well as accommodating. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. He took the time to show me the dealership, introduce me to some of the staff, and really made me feel comfortable as a buyer.
