We were impressed right from the start. Going into the store to see what they had, ...their selection was great and the salesman knew alot about flooring. We had carpet installed on our stairs going from the main floor up to the bedrooms, including the small hallway, and from the main floor down to the basement including the small hallway. A couple years later when we had a problem with a few of the stairs an installer came and fixed them free of charge. I have had nothing but positive professional dealings with the salesman, the installers, the owner, etc Highly recommend getting your flooring needs met here.

My husband and I consulted Orleans Carpet to purchase and install carpet in my downstairs basement. They were very kind, easy to work with, provided lots of expertise. Did my install in an afternoon. Looking forward to working with them in the future.
