I have been referred to this clinic by my Gyn. I have been trying to make contact with anyone at the clinic. no results. I did an email for an appointment on the website, I used the text message offered on the website twice and I have called the clinic twice leaving two voice mails all with in three days going on the fourth. If this is how it is to contact them, What do I have in store for how long it will take to get pregnant the site says they meet with you 2 to 4 times per cycle so how is that when they can't even return or reach out to new patients within 48 hours? uncertain about this place and I have to even reach someone. what type of service is this if any.

They've been very nice since I got referred. The Dr and nurses have always taken time to explain things and listen to my concerns. Whenever I ask about possibilities to try, I'm listened to and they are open to trying some alternatives than the original plan whether its to help due to funds or others experiences I've heard. They are kind and easy to talk and deal with when going through such a hard time and infertility is not easy and add all the hormones and all, I'm glad I am with this clinic.
