Always friendly fast service! They even go out of their way to send me friendly reminders when I haven’t paid my insurance due to overlooking and being too busy. They’ve even offered to put it through on my card when they call to save me time. They’ re great! Never a problem.

Well I did not like my first experience, the agent called me and told me the cost of my monthly bill to insure my car. I was excited because it was the lowest I got, I asked are you sure..yes no problem come and sign. I signed and then when I got my bill, which they decided to charge 4 months together was at a higher cost, instead of 276 approx. it turned out to be 324 approx. quite a difference from what I signed. The agent said oh the insurance company said they could do that price and this is the new price. No call before nothing. I did not like being lied to so when I can I will be changing insurance companies. My mother uses it and no problem but for me it’s a no. Get a copy of the paper you signed with the price on it before. And nothing to do with it but the agent said for your mom to refer she will get a 25 dollar timmies card.. she got it months after for 5 dollars hahah. Well lesson learned before signing any papers.

Best brokers ever!!! I have been dealing with them for a few years now and I was very satisfied by their services. I had a hard time finding insurance before I found them and once I did find them everything went so smoothly. It's unfortunate that I now have to part ways with them because I recently move to the Quebec side. However if I happen to move back to Ottawa they will be my first choice. Thank you to Paul and Karen for such a pleasant experience.
