Hello I recently moved to Ottawa and this was my experience with Michael Willems Photography: I was in urgent need of passport size photographs and these guys did a fantastic job!!!!!.They welcomed me with happy heart and took time to understand what dimensions i needed.I was done with my photo and having a copy of my pictures within 10 mins.They also helped me print some copies of some forms i needed to get printed. They went out of their way to make sure i had everything e-mailed to me including scanned copies of everything. I have never had such an amazing photo service in the past. There charges are also very reasonable. I would 100% recommend them for anyone who needs help with photographer in Ottawa area. They will make sure they serve you in any way they can and they go above and beyond to help you.

Michael has extraordinary customer service. I emailed him in an emergency, needing custom sized photos same day. He was able to do that for me no issue. No other big box store photo service was able to do this, including the custom sizing. I was incredibly impressed. Prices very reasonable.
With two days until Christmas and ten minutes before close, I walked in to see if I could get some pictures reprinted that we did a day ago. He took his time to go thought the pictures and adjust them to how I wanted before we printed them. He did not charge me even though he took his time to make sure I was satisfied with the results. I very much appreciated the customer service and would recommend this place for all photo needs!
Wow! I've used Michael's services for a family Christmas photoshoot, which was fantastic. I receently returned to use his professional-grade printing services. What a pleasure! He provided insight onto getting the photos just right for the mediums, and even greatly improved the quality of the image using an AI program. The photo went from semi-blurry to wonderfully textured like real-life. Definitely a recommended pro from the first shot to the finishing touches.
Sent my 5 x 11 graduation photos to Michael for retouching (glare reduction) and 2 prints. Job took me a year to complete because I was out of the city, but Michael remembered who I was and had the project ready for me when I returned. The icing on the cake was that it only cost me 28! Incredible service. Take your projects to Michael and he will take care of you.
