Absolutely delighted with the new Bronco but even moreso for the impressive degree of competence, attentiveness, thoroughness and exceptional followup by the sales person (Eric), the finance manager (Tarik), and the service manager (Dustin). The vehicle was available for pick-up one day early and all additional accessories (undercoating, winter tires, mats) arrived and were installed before I drove the vehicle away, despite the newness of this new model as well as the need for most items to be shipped in. Great service. At 1st I was annoyed that the part is not available so I lift upset, few hrs later the call me to confirm availability of the part I set up an appointment, I received reminders. , then I had to postpone then no show. I called 2 hrs later they asked me to bring my F150 now so I did. Less than 2 hrs they called me to pickup my Truck.. this was what I call excellent customer service..
