i have been trying to contact my \broker\ at brokerlink for months. Just found out she was fired? no one let me know... new broker signed me up for new coverage without my approval... stay away. it took a little longer to receive coverage than I expected... took all day for them to get back to me with liability slip. You''ll get better service from a bot on an app... better prices too!
This review is for Sayid. I called the 1800 number and dealt with him after hours. I'm not sure which branch he is from. Sayid isn't my broker but I really enjoyed dealing with him. There's been times when I consider trying out other brokerages, but my rate is pretty good (I think) and I also can't be bothered. But I had a really good experience with Sayid. Very nice and professional. The tones and melody of his voice made the experience fun. I legit enjoyed an insurance customer service call. Way to go Sayid! Keep up the great work!
Consistently offering me the worst prices, thank God I started shopping around, I was getting ripped off by these people for years no doubt. Be your own broker, save a ton of money.
