I purchased a Palisade from Orillia Hyundai in December and was very pleased with the overall experience. I had first visited the dealership and met salesperson Tyler in October during my initial research into the purchase. Tyler was very knowledgeable, personable and patient when I told him I was only starting my new car search with that test drive. There was no pressure or strong-handed sales tactics which really helped solidify my choice in dealership (plus I fell in love with the Palisade!). Business Manager Jamie was also great to deal with. I haven't had to take my car in for service yet, but I imaging the Service department will be a pleasure to deal with as well.
