Not a great experience! I sent my shockwave device in to be serviced. They can't fix the device, only sell you a refurbished unit. The device was sent back, not functioning properly and missing pieces. The solution was to upsell my another costly part which would not have solved the problem. The tech's are useless and not very helpful in problem solving your issues. Will not use their service again and highly recommend avoiding dealing with this business at all costs.

The service we have received from Northern Optotronics Inc. out of Ontario has been completely inefficient, causing business shutdowns on the laser side for 3 weeks at a time. With delays in shipping parts, incorrect laser diagnosis, excessive billing for unnecessary components and intentional alterations (that were not required) to the laser we now have a complete lack of trust with NOI and will never use them again.

From beginning to end, apathetic, rude, uncaring attitudes. Severely inflated prices with no reasoning, when I requested a breakdown or some explanation as to what it covered, there was no response.Just the charge placed onto the card . The invoice finally came 2.5 months after a technician came to tell me in 25 mins that he couldn't do anything.He was already in the vicinity, nothing was actually done to my machines 2200!! Zero customer service, zero customer care. Never again will I deal with such an unreasonable company. It's customs like these that make people lose faith in humanity. Sad.

Horrible company to deal with, once purchasing a laser the support you receive from the tech is terrible and not there. I strongly suggest you buy somewhere else where the company cares.

They fixed my power supply. But the engineer at the time installed the water filters incorrectly and did not install the right filters. I now have contamination issues with my machine. I wish they were a little more understanding on behalf of there engineers mistake. Whom is no longer employeed with them... I've received no reimbursement on their behalf , which have led to further expenses on my behalf.
