My husband and I both went for an oil changes . The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Followed Jason (GM) from Barrie location to Orillia location because they (he) always looked after our cars properly and treated us well. Fixed what needed to be fixed and didn't fix what was unnecessary. Plus the customer service is second to none - within 36 hours able to get vehicle in, fixed and back to me (on New Year's Eve!!!). The extra drive time is more than worth it.
Very happy with the quality of service here at Midas. Jason has always been honest and professional, in both Barrie before and now Orillia. If you are looking for a trustworthy place to bring your car, definitely recommend this one.
Took my car to Jason and his team to replace a bent rim. After expert inspection they were able to identify what I knew to be an irregular noise that turned out to be a bad wheel bearing. They replaced it with OEM parts and my car feels impeccable again. Couldn’t be happier with they’re service and professionalism!
