Don't buy an RV from Layzee Acres if you want to get serviced and or defects with your new RV. fixed. Read all the reviews first and you will see why this company has the low rating of 3.6 out of 5 . There is many examples of why I say this But i will only state one here. While camping in northern Ontario, and after setting up camp with my brand new trailer, the stove and oven wouldn't work, no gas. Out door kitchen, and all other gas burning devices in trailer worked. Called service Dept. Message stated leave name and phone number and we will get back to you within 48 hrs. 4 & 1/2 days later I was contacted by a tech finally. He couldn't figure it out, Make an appointment when I return from trip. Called for appointment, again it was days before i spoke to a real person. Was informed that I could only get one issue looked at during this visit. As I had many other issues to be looked and a very long drive to get there, I found this outrageous. After spending over 100k on a rig one would expect to be treated much better than this. Like previous reviewers I will have to deal with Grand design. In my opinion their rating would be 3.0 or lower if all the buyers would just write a review. READ THE REVIEWS AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE from a dealer with a better rating. As of this date, nothing has been fixed.

Layzee Acres is a beautiful park with a strong family environment thanks mostly to the people that camp here. Nice beach and access to the lake. If you have a boat they have docks as well. Kids enjoy the pool during the day as well. Owners however seem more interested in overcharging guests and creating rules that seem to have no purpose. Many campers claim to feel ‘hassled’ here. Nice for a weekend but not for a season.

I had a positive experience purchasing a used trailer through Layzee Acres. I found their pricing to be the best around. I dislike dealing with the inflated prices some dealerships post and then having to aggressively haggle down to a reasonable price. We already owned a trailer so we knew the features and layout we were looking for. We also purchased with cash and declined the warranty so I cannot comment on those areas of the business. As others have mentioned, they sell a lot of units so the PDI and walk through was more rushed and less detailed than other places. This could be more of an issue for first time buyers, but it wasn't as big of a concern for us.

Just bought a Grand Design Reflection 311BH from these guys. First of all, I'm fairly sure their aggressive pricing drives their sales volume. If the best price for your trailer is the priority, these guys are great! Unfortunately, the lack of personal attention is a draw back. These guys have lots of staff to accommodate their sales volume, so you end up talking to a bunch of people prior to pickup. I never got the \special treatment\ feeling that I typically get from smaller RV dealers. Don't expect the frills and 1-on-1 attention during your pickup. That part seemed lacking. HOWEVER!! I had a fan that wasn't working during my PDI. I brought my unit to the service yard before going home, and that experience totally changed my feel. They were all over it! They had guys figure everything out in a matter of minutes. I think it's clear the service department is where these guys shine. Lucas at the service dept. was amazing!!

I’m giving it 5 stars for on line information, service and pricing, although I have never visited the location! In the market for a towable RV, in the time of Covid traveling is all about staying in Canada A friend recommended Layzee Acres because he purchased one from them, so I checked out the site. They have a large variety of RVs from small to large in all price ranges, what impressed me was the sale pricing was all displayed, with lots of pictures of the actual RV as well as layouts, then great YouTube attachments of “Josh” doing a walk around of the RV to give you a feeling of size without you having to drive to Orillia to see them. I found a trailer on line that appealed to me, made an email enquiry and was responded to quickly with all my questions answered by Josh, the same guy that did the YouTube videos. Layzee acres also provides the best pricing, once I started comparing they were by far the best priced, no need to haggle if you don’t like that part of buying. In the end I did not get the trailer I inquired about, Covid sales have been brisk and the one we liked was Sold, but I’m still impressed, and will give Josh, and Layzee acres RV another shot for a trailer to pick up spring 2021
