As a cross-country skier, I feel that Mont-Orford has the most varied terrain and the best maintenance of trails of all the SEPAQ network around Montreal. I went 3 times this winter. I also appreciated that the waxing room was inside, in spite of Covid (unlike Oka) and it has by far the best waxing facility.

A playground's playground! A paradise for X-country skiers, hikers, mountain / fat bikers. And that's just for winter! Great camp sites with new mini-chalet concept for summer camping luxury-style. A great place to unwind about 75 minutes from Montreal.
Beautiful and fun place to do winter activities like fatbiking, cross-country skiing and hiking.
Gorgeous surroundings. Great park for hikes. Also possible to hike beautiful paths without needing special equipment or special hiking shoes if you didn’t bring them. Staff at the welcome center was very helpful and gave good advice! Highly recommended!
Great place for walks, would reccomend 100%. It also has some wonderful places to take photos
