I struggled to give this place 5 or 1 star. The issue at hand is that they do have phenomenal employees except for one who truly made the experience poor. I would like to sympathize with the individual as I understand this is tough times but that's no excuse for the actions that were chosen. I only say this as I don't want it to reflect the great service I have received from the other employees at the store and this is how I landed at 3 stars. They really should be 5, but need to work on the one weak link. Maybe the individual was just having a bad day. Feel free to reach out to me if you wish for a more in depth explanation. Thank you

Worst experience.these two employee were attending 1 customer per hour. Always said that we were busy. I was there for four times but didn’t get my work done.I don’t think so any thing in rogers may get a time for 1 hour. These employees were Totally ruined the brand name

Purchase a rocket hub from them and it was defective. Open box, probably a returned defective product. They do not want to refund, i have to wait to order a new one. Thank you Rogers, worst customer experience
