After a couple previous \mistakes\ we had decided to have our dog neutered elsewhere. When the new clinic called to obtain our dogs records we all of a sudden didn't exist in the \system\. Our experience was definitely sub-par.

I called this morning to see if the clinic was accepting new patients and was able to be seen the same day. Staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Lisa was amazing and wasn't at all pushy or in a rush. I'm very happy that I called them and would recommend them to others.

We have been with this clinic for nearly 2 years and sadly had more than one issue and today was the final straw when we went to get our dogs' medication which we were told was ready for pickup days ago. When we arrived it was not ready and they prepped it for us and we came back to pick it up later. The labels on the boxes advised it was for the right meds and after giving our dogs their pills we discovered our one dog was given medication for something else entirely (flea and tick instead of deworming) and for a weight category that was twice his size. The clinic did not apologize once for their error (over the phone or by email) and instead advised that his deworming meds were available for pickup. This experience is on top of what happened in July when, after having them note on file that our one dog was not to receive his rabies shot until 1 year of age as per the conditions of our co-ownership contract from the breeder. After going in for his 6 month shots we picked him up and he had a rabies tag in his package, which flew in the face of what they were advised and put us in breach of our contract. Sufficient to say we would never entrust the wellbeing of our pets with this clinic in the future and would discourage others from doing so.

I am a first time patient with my newly adopted 3 month old sphynx kitten to this vet. While it seemed to be an obvious choice because of how close we live to fifth avenue, but we heard amazing things from friends. The way Percy (my kitten) and the paperwork were handled were amazing-no worried whatsoever about COVID bylaws and such. As well-the vet came out after the other vet tech had CALLED me from inside yo say how Percy was doing and essentially how he was taking his shots and such. The vet that came out was so sweet and very personable. I am very happy with my choice to come here and look forward to future visits with my Percy!

I moved back to Orangeville recently and started using this vet. They were great; always friendly and helpful. They’ve performed surgery on my dog, and have helped with prescribing anti-tick and heartworm medications. However, around the start of Covid-19 I had an unpleasant experience. My dog was peeing in the house which was extremely uncommon. We were working from home so the dog was outside ever other hour. We called this location and they advised to collect a urine sample and drop it off at the door. So we collected the sample, they told us to drop the bag with the sample in the entrance and they would call us. Within a day or so, they either called my father or my father called them for an update. They advised that the urine does look like it has some sort of infection or blood in it and they recommend a culture be done. So we paid somewhere around 120 for the culture which ended up coming back negative and nothing was prescribed and they still charged me something like 60 - 70 to drop the urine at the door and leave. The charge was labeled phone consultation. They’re a good location, but I think there was some sort of miscommunication in that situation.
