What an excellent music shop! Very well laid out, a very nice environment. More than anything, I was impressed by the help I received, very friendly and knowledgeable. Although it is slightly more expensive for some items than at a big chain, it's definitely worth it for the service, but also to support a local business. You may pay slightly more, but they'll ensure you get exactly what's right for you, so it saves you money in the long run because you don't end up with an item you don't use or need to replace. Highly recommended! *edit - I read the only bad review out of curiosity, go read it and you'll see it's obviously just a jerk who was in a bad mood!*

Excellent customer services, and the young man was very knowledgeable, helpful and put us at ease, especially because we knew nothing at all about music. He -re-stringed my daughter's guitar, tuned it and now she is very happy. Hat's off to you Ben.

I got my husbands Guitar strings replaced here and it was a snowy day, i came to pick it up and they handed me the guitar without its case on a snowy day. if i hadn't called my husband i wouldn't have known. They also didn't tune the newly replaced strings. Horrible.

If could give more stars i would. Picked up a eukelele for my daughter today. We met the owner and we were blown away with how welcoming and knowledgeable he was! The store itself is beautiful, clean and well organized, and we are eagerly awaiting a time when in-person lessons will become available again. 10/10 would highly recommend!!
