Katherine is a consummate professional. I have been associated with Katherine for about six months now. Her knowledge of fitness and diet is amazing. Her approach his really holistic. She works not just on training or weight loss but all aspects of fitness. Her Arbutus location is a "Trainers Gym" which means a well equipped professional environment. I highly recommend her.

Coming from a background in exercise physiology I understand the complexity of personal training. In the past I have found it difficult to find a trainer who is able to make you feel comfortable with the exercises you are doing, observe that you are consistently using proper technique but still able to push you to get the results you are looking to achieve. Katherine Taylor is the type of personal trainer who meets all of these needs. The workout was challenging but I never felt out of my comfort zone. Katherine was by my side the entire time to make subtle changes to my technique and make sure I was getting the maximum benefit out of each exercise. I would highly recommend Katherine to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness and who might feel intimidated by the gym.
