OpenRoad Richmond Auto Body definitely inspires confidence and trust. I have a very rare car which generally requires specialized treatment and patience when sourcing parts. Therefore some fluke damage to my driver’s side front fender provided for immediate and extreme anxiety. The team at OpenRoad shared that anxiety but then took it on. They sourced the needed parts before scheduling me in and then made my car like new. I was especially concerned about the paint matching, since the original used a unique process which blended recycled crushed glass to add durability and light catching style. I needn’t have worried - OpenRoad’s colour matching process created an imperceptibly perfect blend. The front staff is friendly, helpful and pay attention. I hope not to have to use OpenRoad too often, but I certainly wouldn’t think of calling anyone else.

I have had the best service here ! Tony showed me exceptional dedication each step of the way for my vehicles repair. My vehicle was repaired quickly and once we reviewed it to make sure everything was up to standard and noticed a few more accident occurances, they were also fixed without issue. The lifetime warranty is a nice touch too! ...oh...and the many options of coffee, lattes and mochas in their office while you wait.
