Terrible experience with them. OPP Officer J. Bakelaar, on a power trip, decided, without cause, without introduction or explanation to stop our family car while we were visting Prince Edward County. Once we stopped, my wife in the backseat, removed her seatbelt to attend to our 6 month old son, who was crying in his car seat. The officer proceeded to give us a 240 ticket for her not wearing a seatbelt, while not giving us the courtesy of even an explanation for why we were stopped in the first place.
