Ryan is a very professional individual who not only offers training but also quality raw food for your dog. He teaches your dog but also yourself as a dog owner how to properly handle your dog from obedience training to how to hold your leash properly and also using it properly when correcting your dog when using a prong collar. I've been taking my Akita and shepherd to him and have noticed instant results with Ryan's training method. Ryan is very helpful and very attentive to everyones individual needs. I highly recommend Ryan as a trainer he's the best in the city!

I wasn’t sure what to expect but was very happy with results. He listened to what it was that we were struggling with our puppy and even made a house call the same day. Within a hour it felt like we had a whole new dog. Very impressed and plan to attend obedience class weekly.
Ryan was the only responsive trainer in my area, he was polite and communicated with us. Our experience with our first session was unbelievably responsive with our dog, he takes his time, and has patience. He cares about his customers, as well of the dog. This place has a special place in my heart, the knowledge of trainer Ryan is amazing I cannot say enough about this place and the trainer he is definitely passionate about his work and dogs he sees potential is every dog and really brings out the best in each one.
After a very informative and professional conversation with Ryan, we went ahead and purchased out beautiful 2 year old sable German Shepherd from OntarioK9. Although already well trained, our dog spent two weeks in preparation for the placement with us in a domestic setting and Ryan's attention to detail was amazing. He cares deeply about his dogs and our Shepherd is just beautiful in body and mind. Attention to detail in preparing to ship our dog to BC was impressive. We received excellent advice and instruction for the initial bonding period and Ryan is always pleased to take a call, listen to our experiences and provide additional advice. From the start, our Shepherd has been wonderful although understandably initially a little unsettled, but after a week, the effects of Ryan's advice and direction on relationship development with our dog really kicked in. His obedience is great, walks well to heel, is great at ignoring other less well trained dogs (sometimes off-leash) and we felt a step change in bonding - which we continue to develop. We keep in touch with Ryan on progress and he provides advice on nice little adjustments here and there. By the end of our two week bonding period (and that takes a bit of commitment) our dog will be an absolute delight - and we see the protection qualities as well. Warm thanks to Ryan and his team.
Ryan is an amazing trainer who really loves and cares for each and every dog that comes into his facility. I decided to Board and Train my 2 male doberman pups and they have shown exceptional results. It is always scary to leave your family pet with someone you don't know but Ryan has taken great care of my boys and I couldn't be any happier. I highly recommend Ontario K9 for all your training needs.
