I just had the pleasure of meeting Rob at the new New York Fries location in the Ontroute. To say he was pleasant or friendly would be a severe understatement. Our food was perfection and the customer service was honestly the best I've ever received. I wish the entire team the very best and to Rob......I will never forget your generosity! You were born to work with the public, your smile is contagious, your heart is warm and I am so glad that I got the chance to meet you. Good luck everyone, I know you will do great! Desiree

We had taken a stop here when going to Quebec city, it was really clean and quiet. It is wheel chair accessible. It also has a microwave. Bathrooms were really clean and also has a family restroom. We took a coffee at Timmy's and the staff was very courteous. It has Canadian Tire gas station to fuel up.
I was treated very unfairly at the Tim Hortons at this location. Last year, I got a free coffee voucher from another Tim Hortons as an apology for messing up the order, but when I tried to use it at this location today, the manager treated me as a fraudster, because their system says the voucher had been redeemed before, which it wasn’t to my knowledge. If it just stopped here, it wouldn’t be as upsetting. I gave up trying to redeem it, and after I paid for the coffee with my credit card, the manager refused to give the voucher back to me at first, and the she crossed out the QR code on the voucher without my consent before giving it back to me, as she tried to “prevent me from scamming more Tim Hortons location with this voucher”. I wished this voucher was never given to me at the first place, for creating this unpleasant experience, for a pathetic 1.7 value.
Convenient. Ample parking. Clean. Has Tim Hortons and A&W. lots of tables for a quick break. Quick access. Gas of course. Great location.
Good And big ONRoute Stop here. Good and co-operative staff. Reasonable prices. Very good and big parking. Social distancing is maintained well. Rest rooms and parking was always being cleaned.
