This bank will not respond to clients. The branch does not answer its own phones. They are answered by a call center that knows nothing of the individuals. They do not call back when they say they will. I have now been waiting for over two hours for a call back. They change their system often. Give others account numbers out and change individual account numbers so everything is messed up and bills impossible to pay. They have a lot of my money, but not for long!
