It was a Saturday I got off work early and needed parts. Called ahead to see if they had the parts there and sure enough. Showed up 45 minutes before closing and the doors locked and lights off.. another guy trying to pick up his weed whacker that was being worked on. Guy said over the phone they closed at 5.. what gives..

Would not recommend Trackside at all. Take the time to drive to Sundre and visit Mountain's Edge. Customer to service is way better than what Trackside offers. But the worst is how much Trackside rips you off on parts. The same part in Sundre was just under 3 and Trackside charged 9.61. Would have bought 2 in Sundre, but they only had the one.
They don't support what they sell. Was sold a cub cadet snowblower, which was recommended and directed to purchase it over another brand. Turns out the Cub Cadet snow blowers are garbage, they stop selling them and won't sell parts for them! Better support buying from bigger stores like HomeDepot, so much for small businesses having better customer service!
Bought my son a brand new dirt bike 2019 and saved here! Sales staff were great, friendly, HONEST...wow because that seems to be so rare these days. Truly appreciate your service and staff! Thank you. I will definitely be recommending you guys.
I was looking for a Polaris dealer and google said they were so I called Trackside and the person who answers was very nice and said they don’t but to check at Mountains Edge in Sundre. All and all great staff but I have no experience with anything else.
