Okotoks Airport Express

We called and booked our shuttle from Okotoks to the airport two weeks in advance. I then called the day before to confirm, then the day of to remind. At 6:45pm they were supposed to be there, they weren't, so I called, the dispatch said the driver was on his way in "5-6 minutes". Ok, fine, we waited, and waited... At 7, he still was not there for us, I called again and in 5 minute increments until 7:25pm that night, by the time they had picked us up, we were at 40 minutes past our scheduled pickup time and the driver had NO idea he was even SUPPOSED to get us!! The Dispatch person just kept sending him on other quick fares until I lost my mind and started yelling. By the way... This also isn't a professional charter service... It's just Town Taxi. Even if you call the "Okotoks Airporter" they answer "Town Taxi", which by the way is also "OK Taxi"... The dispatch person was rude, unprofessional and a complete liar! The poor driver who was AMAZING by the way, felt absolutely AWFUL that we were left there and late to the airport... This could have gone SO much worse but we were able to get there just in time! NEVER use Town/OK Taxi!!
