Started using this location when we switched doctors and I'm pleasantly surprised. This clinic is way better than previous EFW appointments I've had. Lovely staff and they're always making you feel super.comfortable.

Most unsmart receptionists, very uneducated and discriminative, ALBERTA HEALTH SERVICE MUST close all these useless locations and allow family doctors have in their medical office all the technique they need and no longer send us to such rude locations with such low educated receptionist. Alberta Health close these useless locations and let good family doctors have everything in their office. Our health should not be mocked by such rude employees.

There are not handicap washrooms. This is a fault of the clinic and ultimately the Town of Okotoks
