We broke a spring on our garage door, I called the office and within about 1.5hrs from the time of call our door had 2 new springs with a lifetime warranty. This is not the first time i have had exceptional service from Okanagan overdoor! Thank you for your great work!

We just had 2 garage doors supplied and installed by another company. Not even 24 hours after the install one of our doors had jammed open. The workmanship was so bad and the other company wasn't returning our calls. When we called Okanagan Overdoor and explained our situation these guys were there within a few hours. After 3.5 hours of fixing all the issues, Mitch had our garage doors reinstalled correctly, securely and have worked perfectly since. We wished we had of used them from the beginning. Thanks again Okanagan Overdoor, we appreciate it.
on a recommendation from a friend- I was all in a panic as my garage door's spring broke and I had just rented the house I called on a Sunday evening to explain my situation and told them the tenants were moving in on Tuesday that I needed it fixed asap. They told me to call in the morning and not to worry they would send someone out. I phoned first thing Monday and a fellow named Jody was there by 9 he knew how upset I was having a timeframe on getting it fixed he said not to worry …..he did a great job!!!! I even called back a month later to see if they could recommend someone for the lower mainland as our door broke here as well … the customer service was exceptional would highly recommend
