I would have given 5 stars for taste but lately they are just charging extra fees. Today I called in and I was given a price of 14.70 for a medium, when the listed delivery price is 10.99. He straight up lied about the amount of tax charged. This happened several other times in the past year, but today it was excessive, so I cancelled my order and wrote this review. This is so disappointing since I really loved this place until now. I hope they address this.. Edit: since I don't know how to respond to the reply, which tries to state there is a 2 dollar delivery fee here is my response. 1) The pickup cost of the same pizza is 6.99. Therefore there is a 4 dollar fee for delivery already since with delivery its 10.99, now they are trying to add another 2 dollars as a second delivery fee, which they didn't mention until I asked why is it almost 15 instead of 12. 2) If you order online, you can see there is no second delivery fee of 2 dollars added on top. Good pizza, prices, and service. Everything you want in a pizza joint.
The pizza I had ordered showed up basically raw.. the cheese was still fully white and when I lifted it up it was just goopy raw dough. Do not order from this place, currently feel extremely sick from having a piece before noticing.
This place has good pizza but honestly it’s so disappointing, everytime we go following the times posted on their website and on google, they are always closed!? like why put those times then? so inconvenient
Vito's was good to me previously but today (Monday March 25, 2019) was unacceptable. Ordered on the phone, the gentleman told me to pick it up in 15 minutes. Call ended around 4:50, got there around 5:05, stuck around waiting for a few moments until i saw a lady starting to make a pizza and realized that it was mine (small, half pineapple, other half meat lovers pineapple). I asked her and she said that yes, my order would be ready SOON. I got there 15 minutes after ordering and they had just started to make it. This is pizza, not a big Mac, so i said i would come back in 15 and as you can see they called me to tell me it was ready at 5:19. We went to pick it up, i was polite and ordered a creamy garlic sauce, and besides having NO APOLOGY, the same lady had the nerve to add a TIP OPTION on the machine. Thankfully i was able to choose 0 dollars. I work in fast food and i understand busy hours, but in fast food making the order late (not to mention making it way past the promised pick-up time) could be acceptable. However, this is pizza and pizza takes time. At least i was not enough of a jerk to demand a refund and make them throw away their \hard work\. One star for good taste, the other for good service in the past.
