My wife and I went last there Saturday, a gentleman in the stroller section was really helpful (didn’t get his name, he had a beard and was taller). He was able to provide us with information that we were looking for and his customer service skills was great. I would recommend any new - to - be parent to go there and talk to this guy in regards to strollers and child seats.

Bought Watch Dogs: Legion for ps4 for my son for Christmas. But to our surprise when it we opened it, there was a ps5 copy of the game inside the ps4 case?! Needless to say we can't play the disc as we don't have a PS5. Bit disappointed as my son was excited to play this today on Christmas and now we have to wait to return it tomorrow during a time that might not be so easy.

The worst customer service that I’ve received at any of the Toys R Us locations. I went to do a price adjustment and the customer service rep was must having a personal conversation with her peers instead of paying attention to my transaction. Once the return portion was done, the customer service rep told me I had to go to the cashiers to do the repurchase, so she could finish up her conversation with her peers. I had to drive from Milton to the Oakville location because it is the only location open near me. After my 30 minute commute home, I realized that the transaction was done incorrectly and I had to drive all the way back to correct the transaction. It took two customer service reps (including the original rep who did the transaction, who wouldn’t look at me) and a supervisor try to fix the error and I left without the transaction being corrected properly because they couldn’t figure it out on a calculator. The original rep who did my transaction incorrectly didn’t apologize. I would never recommend anyone going to this location for returns. The associates on the floor were great, and the cashiers are fantastic, but Customer Service doesn’t seem to know what their tittle means. ***Update*** I called the phone number, provided by Kirk in response to this experience, twice today and there was no answer. So, it looks like the response below was just a way to make the store look like there was concern about my experience; fitting! Happy Holidays to you too, Kirk.

I was there on a very busy day today (December 22nd) and was expecting to wait for a while to pick up my online order. I was very surprised to find someone available to look up my order the moment I went to the pickup desk. The gentleman was very polite and helpful and went quickly to retrieve my item. While I was waiting, another 2 ladies asked if I was helped. Because my item was bulky and I had a stroller with me, he asked me a few times whether I needed help carrying the box to the car. I didn't need the help as the item was light. And as I left I heard another lady asked that gentleman if I needed assistance. Regrettably I didn't catch the names of these helpful associates but I saw all the associates in the store were very polite and helpful! An awesome vibe in a very busy store during one of the busiest shopping days of the year! Thank you!
