Shawn and crew were incredibly responsive (compared to 4 other vendors - 2 of whom I’m still waiting to hear from!) This was a no pressure quote, excellent service, quick turn around time, and impressive work. And there was no construction waste left behind. I had attic insulation installed - and Shawn bundled roof repair with that - common sense approach! Communication was constant and timely - really can’t say enough about the professionalism from start to finish. In comparison - one contractor sent his quoting crew without telling me - I discovered them on my roof! Shawn - used a drone to take images before and after - low impact quote! Appreciate the quick response and quick turn around, Shawn!
Titans RoofWorks did an amazing job of complete shingles replacement and skylights installation for our home in Burlington. The owner of Titans, Shawn, was pleasant to work with. The quote process was a lot more professional than other roofers we contacted – with detailed square footage measurement and roof inspection using a drone; the pricing was very fair and competitive considering a more premium shingle (Malarkey) being used. On job date, the crews were on-time and polite; they cleaned up the property after each day. After job completion, both Shawn and the supervisor came back to inspect the work; a few minor imperfections were found and they promptly sent the crews back to address them. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service Titan RoofWorks provided and are confident that our roof will last many years.
Three days before Christmas we saw a small section of our roofing was raised leaving it open to weather damage. We contacted Titan Roofing to try to arrange a time for them to check our problem. We were contacted within 15 minutes asking for us to send a picture. We sent a picture of the problem and immediately were advised of the time they would be here the next day. Titan showed up as scheduled and fixed the problem. They sent us a picture of the repair and we were thrilled. Titan made sure the problem was fixed before Christmas. We were very happy with the prompt communication, excellent customer service and excellent work. I would recommend Titan as one of the best companies we have hired.
Titans had replaced our roof a year ago and did an amazing job. We recently experienced a leak from a flat roof area that was not a part of the previous job. When I called I was fortunate that their flat roof expert had just arrived To their office so he was sent right away. He cane with if the hour assessed the job and repaired it on site. We were thankful for their ability to respond quickly.
We had a ton of questions and a tons of requests and still these guys went above and beyond on every aspect of our roof. Excellent in customer service, expertise and therefore amazing value for the work completed. Could not be happier and would highly recommend to anyone! Well done.
