Taste calls itself a “Marketeria” and it lives up to that name. When you walk in, to your right is a wide assortment of healthy food items you can take with you to snack on or make at home. Make your way to the left and you will come across a menu to choose from and a cashier who will gladly take your order. The only thing to watch out for is the lack of selection on their menu and some of the foods lack flavour and luster. The food ranges from typical cafe items such as sandwiches, salads, and soups. Some factors that make up for that however, is that the food is incredibly fresh and well-made. It gets even better when you can go sit out on a beautiful patio, and a waiter/waitress will serve you when your order is ready. All in all, Taste Marketeria offers a refreshing take on the modern cafe and I think more cafe’s should follow suit. If you are in the area looking for breakfast, brunch, or lunch this cafe is a great choice!

Not bad. If you are looking for a tasty breakfast and a coffee - this is good. Next time we will get some pastries as they looked quite delicious. I suggest the Bronte Breakfast Bowl
Went in today to pick up a cake and a few cupcakes. The owner (brunette lady) is the nicest person. She is kind and very generous. The baked goods are amazing. The service is spectacular and the decor is rustic chic. Highly recommend! Go for the carrot cake or cupcake. Hands down the best carrot cake I have ever had!
Excellent service! A friend of mine recommended this place and told me to get the burger. The burger is freshly made in the kitchen, right in front of you. All natural, with salt, pepper and onions... thick too. The toppings and bun are top notch. Came with french fries, which were really good. For only 8, you can't beat it anywhere, especially the quality, flavor and freshness. I definitely recommend Taste.
I had the organics green salad and there were so many fresh ingredients in it. It was a generous size and it was excellent. The burger and fries that my guy had was also excellent. The meat and fries were fresh, not frozen. Great price for both. We will definitely come back! The service was also good as it was near closing and fairly quiet..
I couldn't have had a more positive experience- tasty food, very friendly staff... free tasters... the woman I spoke with (Corrine?) took so much pride in the restaurant and in providing excellent customer service that I assumed that she was the owner. Turns out she just works part time! I guess it's just that kind of place, where the way the staff treats you rivals the tastiness of the food.
Great coffee. Great service. Food a tad pricey. Unfortunately Taste as we know it will be closing sometime in the not too distant future.
I visited Taste Marketeria today for the fist time and was super impressed with the concept, excellent customer service and quality of my all natural hamburger and salad. I didn't ask but I think my side salad came with home made dressing :) I will definitely return to try other items on the menu and explore the store front products. These people know what they're doing and I hope it's consistent with future visits.
