Got an appointment very quickly. You don't want to wait too long after a chip in the windshield anyways, it could result in a nice crack on your windshield which is not good. With an appointment they are very quick. My chip was a big one. After it was fixed you can see a little imperfection but you really have to look for it. Totally recommend this place!

I would give them 5-stars for the service that was done, but gave only 4-stars because I had to go back twice. The first time they had the wrong windscreen which was a result of a website booking that was not specific enough to order the correct windscreen. After the first visit they knew which windscreen to order and they had the correct one the second time. For the installation, they did a great job, within the timeframe promised and friendly service. They took care of contacting my insurance company, so it was very easy for me. I have 2 suggestions on how to avoid this problem; 1) have a website selection tool that is more accurate and 2) since the location may have realized that there were multiple windscreens for my vehicle (4 in this case), then perhaps they should have called to confirm that they would have the correct one on the first visit.
Very courteous staff, they took care of everything with the insurance. They were also very prompt in the fixing of the crack in my windshield. Awesome service.

These guys were honest about what needed to be done and the cost of the Repair. Told me vehicle collision system need to be recalibrated and gave me a lower price than the dealer would have charged. Wonderful service and lifetime warranty on glass.
