Big and well organize store. A lot of items for Halloween hundreds of costumes. You can find anything for your parties. They have a great selection of balloons A love this store, public washroom available and big parking lot. They need to have more employees, specially at this time of the year.

Amazing customer service.. today it was my son’s birthday.. i reached the store & forgot to check that due to lockdown there was no in-store shopping.. i called the store’s number n told them about the situation.. i was right outside the store...they asked my to order online , as soon as i order online ,i called them again advising i just order.. the guy asked me to b on the doorside in next 2mins.. &i got my order from there.. very polite staff with helpful attitude
Waited in like for like 3 mins, was quick once inside. They have people to call back the costume #s, you go pick up at a table then go to cash. Very quick and friendly staff.:)
A very large store for all your party planning needs. They cater one section of the store to holidays such as Halloween, valentines daily, Christmas, Easter and keep the rest of the store stocked with regular party supplies for any event you can think of. They also have candy for children. The prices arent as good as walmart but it's very easy to shop.
If I could give you zero stars I would. Your website says you have 5 corncob pipes in stock. Sent my husband to the store to get two (for a Christmas project) and he couldn't find them. The 2 staff said they are probably packed up in the back with the Halloween items. No offer at all to go and check. I guess I won't be shopping here anymore.
