Absolutely incredible!!!!! Service was exceptional, clinic was very clean, staff were extremely professional and Chris was the absolute BEST masseuse I have ever had! I just had my first visit a few days ago and I am going to be back at least once a month. I felt like a brand new person walking out of the clinic and I am so excited to try the other services they offer as well! So beyond grateful to have found this spot! Truly a gem!

Chris - Massage. Dina - Osteo. Exceptional. The massage is therapy, Chris finds muscle imbalances, activates fibers, mobilizes. It’s true therapy. The bad thing is anytime I go to get a massage on a retreat or hotel or something - nothing compares. Honestly, try it once. I guarantee your body will thank you. I got so much mind body awareness during the massage of pain pints and things to keep in mind for posture and exercise. Dina, the skeletal muscle alignment is ...well painfully amazing. I’m not much for prevention, but after a session - again I got tuned into my body, she made me aware of imbalances in my posture, relieved repetitive stress bothers (sitting at a desk all day). This clinic is professional, highly skilled and an absolute critical part of my personal wellness routine. I can’t say enough and highly recommend.

I've been going to Oakville Massage and Wellness Clinic for two years now. It's everything you want when in need of a massage. 5/5 for cleanliness (their COVID protocols are super easy and efficient!), ambiance, staff and service. Steph is the absolute best! After working a 12 hour shift at the hospital, Steph makes my body feel refreshed and renewed. Couldn't recommend this place enough!
