I have recently used this service several times for myself and my elderly parents. Every time, they have come with a clean car with all the drivers wearing masks and practicing safe and hygenic practices. My family also has unique billing/receipt arrangements which they handled with ease and remember just whenever I call in. True professionals in the transportation industry and my new go to service for many of my needs. Five stars.

Awesome customer service. The reviews don't lie! I called ahead to make an appointment for airport transportation to and from west oak trail. They tracked our flight and arrived early (even though our flight was delayed multiple times). I didn't have to think about calling them and checking to make sure we were still all set. They emailed and texted me when they were on their way and when they were arriving. The drivers we had were fun and professional and the Escalade we rented was comfy and super clean. When it was time to leave Oakville they were right on time and got us to the airport safely. Overall, I would recommend this company without a single hesitation!
I'm updating my review from 7 years ago, I don't believe it's been that long. Wow, how time flies! Well here I go. 7 years ago I called Oakville Airport Taxi and it has been smooth sailing. All I do now is text Oakville Airport Taxi my flight details and bam my vehicle is waiting outside my door. Last thing, there communication with there passengers is impeccable. Drivers are in contact with you when they are in route to pick you up and when outside waiting for you. It's so easy!!!
I recently took a trip with Oakville taxi to go from Preserve in Oakville to my office in Toronto downtown with no issues. My assistant had booked them for me and paid for it over the phone, which is a big plus for me. The car was newer and well maintained. Highly recommended.
We used Oakville airport taxi going from Pearson airport to our hotel in Oakville. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and our driver sent us a text and said to text him when we had our luggage. He was waiting when we exited the airport and it was so nice to have a courteous and professional driver to get us into town since the traffic was pretty heavy. We also used them from Niagara falls airport back to Pearson airport the following week. Both vehicles were clean and safe Cadillac SUVs and both drivers were very skilled in navigating the Qew traffic. We will definitely use them again!
