I went to a chain music store and dealt with someone who clearly knew very little about pianos. That store may have been closer, but I decided to deal with people who knew pianos. I found the perfect digital piano for my needs and had it shipped directly to my door in no time at all. I am very, very happy with my purchase and the service I received. Great service from end to end, from purchasing to installation. Michael was patient, friendly and super knowledgable. The other staff members are friendly too. I got the KDP110 which I am very pleased with. I would definitely recommend this place.
We went to the Vaughan location. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Michael is the piano specialist. Super friendly and knowledgeable person. We bought the KDP-110 for our boys. It was easy to assemble. We've been using it for 6 months now and it's been perfect for us. Our kids have been playing it almost every day and learning new songs. Great piano. Very happy customer!
Well... it was a long time coming but I finally decided to purchase a Kawai VPC-1 piano controller from Merriam Pianos. I can honestly say that when it comes to knowledge and professionalism that Merriam Pianos rates the highest in my books! From getting digital and acoustic questions answered from Stu a few years ago, having a pleasant interaction with Robin in 2016 and to finally being treated with great respect from Joe throughout the process of purchasing my new instrument... I just want to convey a sincere \thank you\ to all you guys! You made me feel like royalty! In regards to acquiring my purchase, the process was painless. I did it all remotely and Joe made sure that all steps were covered in terms of making sure I was well informed with all the pertinent information I would need right up to the delivery of my unit.
