I ordered labels for my boys, didn't get them when i was suppose to (which is happens). Called the customer service line and they were able to help me in a heart beat, no hassle at all. I ordered my labels 3 years ago for two kids. In 3 years, the items the labels have been attached to have broken, been recycled etc, but the label never failed. Each day when my kids get home from school, their water bottles are washed in the dishwasher and zero sign of age or wear is shown on the label, no peeling, no fading. They are completely reliable and function great on clothes, backpacks, bottles, containers, toys etc. I’ve just reorder for my 3rd child because there is no sense trying anyone else’s labels.
