The treatment itself was very smooth, pain free, and comfortable. The doctor and nurse were so nice, informative, and gentle. Great in house experience. Even with the covid situation; everything felt VERY clean and everyone was distanced/wearing their masks PROPERLY- not just over their chin or mouth. As a mother of two new babies I was very hesitant about going out, but rest assured as ICLS took every precaution! However, in order to get an appointment it took quite a while and we played phone tag back and forth so several days. They never seemed to answer their phones when I called, but they did always return the calls which was good however it seemed like I wasn’t available when they called back. I found emailing much, much easier- we were able to make an appointment that way. Also to get a small mole removed it was almost 400 which seems very, very, very expensive, I’m assuming I paid for quality but wow! The mole was on my face and it’s fading/ healing sooooo fast and well. It’s been about a month and I’ve very happy. I would definitely recommend this company. I would just recommend emailing to try to get a hold of them. Thank you to the team at ICLS.

I just want to say that the staff and the Doctors at ICLS Dermatology & Plastic Surgery are so amazing! Second to known! This is my second experience with this facility and again I am blown away with the professional and the expertise of everyone! It is a warm welcoming and friendly atmosphere! They made me laugh the whole time I was there for my procedure and was very nervous about it! I had numerous cysts removed from my head! They went above and beyond to care for me before and after my procedure! The staff was also very cautious about being compliant to all the Covid regulations - from infrared temperature reading to masks to social distancing (markers all over the floor) as much as possible! Highly recommend Dr J. Khanna and her staff for any procedure you need done! You would be in very capable hands! Two thumbs Adina Rainbird :) Chatham, ON

The staff and Dr. Julie Khanna were all great, friendly, and informative. Where I felt the need to leave this review and deduct stars was the aftermath of my procedure. When I received a follow-up call asking how things were I felt rushed and pressured to respond on the phone. It felt incredibly impersonal and inappropriate for such an expensive/invasive procedure. I also felt hesitant to say how I was really feeling because the person on the phone sounded so positive and barely asked me questions/listened to what I was saying, it felt very rushed. The fat transfer completed on my chin looks like barely anything was even done to the area. I had a second cosmetic doctor observe my face and she was shocked that I had even done a fat transfer to my chin because my chin projection still looks very weak. The lipo done on my neck had better results but still does not look as sharp as I’ve seen from countless before/after photos of the same procedure. There is certainly a difference in my appearance, I just believe that the results could have been better, mainly in my chin projection, as the projection is still weak and many people and doctors have commented on this. I’ve had multiple cosmetic doctors recommend me a chin implant or chin fillers, which is crazy since that area has already been performed on! The follow-ups seemed rushed/dishonest to avoid taking responsibility for less than perfect results. I still wanted to leave 3 stars because staff/doctor were warm, friendly, and professional leading up to my procedure, it was the aftermath that led me to feel disappointed.

The staff at ICLS are amazing. Dr. Sapra and nurse Lorraine always make me feel super comfortable. They always have a sense of humour and make me feel at ease with my procedures. Highly recommend ICLS. If you're not coming here, you need to.
