I absolutely love this clinic! Sue is so welcoming and kind, she made me feel so comfortable right off the bat. Kim is incredible, she’s the first person I’ve seen regarding enhancements and she made me feel very at ease. I inquired about a natural look and she certainly fulfilled that request. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly listen to your needs. I would highly recommend GraceMed. They offer a free consultation and provide you with all the information you would need to guide you in making a decision that best suits you!

The family feeling is so lovely and relaxing and translates into true and long lasting results for your skin and appearance because they really listen. Nurse Kim’s counsel on how to achieve a natural, more youthful and brighter version of yourself is spot on. My experience with GraceMed on Kerr has been on going for some time now. Customer service for me is now more important than ever! We are in an environment where there are many choices but I am very pleased to have found GraceMed as they check all the boxes. Your experience starts as you open the door and you are greeted by Sue or Cecilia as if you are the most important customer that day...that sets the tone and how your experience is going to progress!!! I know what to expect but the consistency is so important...that I am important! My last visit was with Gabi...I can’t say enough about her...she is so professional and the knowledge she possesses with the machines just puts you at ease knowing this is going to have a fantastic outcome when completed . If this is your first experience she puts you at ease with an excellent explanation of the procedure..trust me you will be back for more and I would highly recommend it...you need to get to know the rest of the staff like Kim so you can experience that complete ‘family’ vibe!!!! The Team will never let you down with all their knowledge and professionalism! Enjoy!!!!
Kim is the best there is! She is always kind, compassionate and helpful; she takes the time to answer any and all questions with care and delicacy. Sue, Gabi & everyone else at the clinic are wonderful - very professional and take great pride in making all feel welcomed and special. This clinic is amazing! Highly recommend.
I have been going to the Grace Clinic for a few years for all things esthetic and I am always happy with the results. They listen, provide excellent recommendations and next-level care.
