Wonderful little store with clever products. It's like Etsy but IRL (in real life). Something will put a smile on your face, and you can bring that home to keep that smile going.
The sue2 cuff bracelet made my skin turn green in the time in less than a day after purchasing it. Seems like it was not sealed properly to prevent skin staining ;-;
My friend bought me a gift from Dove and Arrow, a wooden plaque with a fun quote. She mentioned that she debated over two and I decided to trade it in for the other one. A gift receipt was included but the owner would not let me exchange it for one with a different saying a few days later. Not even one that was smaller and less expensive. Beware that Dove and Arrow has a stringent non-negotiable, non-return, no exchange policy. All sales are definitely final. The owner's explanation was that they have no control over what happens to items once they leave the store. It wasn't a perishable item, just a wooden plaque that sat in the bag with tissue paper for three days. How can a business stay viable with such a non-customer centric policy? This was an unpleasant retail experience and an unsatisfying interaction with the proprietor.
