Management lets the sales reps dominate the entire culture of the company. The sales reps are always hanging around the office poking their nose in everything and bothering everyone, breathing down our necks. They are totally unprofessional. And management allows it. Management is utterly ineffective and cynical. They talk bad about everyone including the reps, openly. Proper communication between management and employees is nonexistent. There is no engagement. Management and Sales team don't see eye to eye. Sales reps are allowed to do and say whatever they want since that is the company's only source of income. The company is barely profitable. Market sustainability and effectiveness of product is questionable. There is no credible scientific evidence proving that advertising through the mail actually works. Most people just throw it in the garbage. On top of that, it's bad for the environment. How many trees have been cut down because of this company? Turnover is incredibly high. Every month at least a few people leave. They don't take care of their employees. And they've gone through like 4 receptionists in 4 months. Nobody can stand working there. The facility is unattractive. They keep lying about moving to a new office but still haven't done it yet.
