We just had our Jaguar F-Pace serviced for a replacement part and it was done with the utmost care during these difficult times. Taylor, our service representative, always deals with the situation quickly and safely! He is a pleasure to deal with and is extremely efficient and reliable. I think the Budd's Service Department is one of the best I have dealt with!! The Sales Department is terrific too!

Excellent service all around. Jonathan House was very patient with me throughout the sales process and found the exact right vehicle I was hoping to find for the price I was willing to pay, and I couldn't be happier with it. There was a minor issue with the windshield on demo vehicle I picked up, but they went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I can wholeheartedly recommend buying a car from Budds', and specifically with Jonathan House.
Another great purchase from Budds, super happy with our New 2019 Discovery HSE Diesel, you don't get a more comfortable drive, you feel like you own the road! If you visit, ask for Nick in sales, he will take great care of you!
Paperwork not provided showing the alignment that was stated to me being out of alignment. I gave the go ahead on the phone to complete the alignment as they stated my tires were wearing inconsistantly It would have been good to see if it was actually required after the test or to see how out of alignment it was. Getting a hold of the adviser was difficult, left message that was not returned and therefore had to make extra calls Other than that service was good.
Purchased a winter tire package for my new F-pace here. Price was fantastic and much better than the dealership I purchased the actual vehicle from. Waiting room was really clean and the appointment was quick and right on time. The staff in the parts department and the service department were friendly and helpful. Well worth the two hour drive and should I look for a new Jaguar in the future I will head back here for sure.
Annette and her Service team did an amazing job on correcting the issue with my car. Their team took the time to find the problem as it was very tough to diagnose but they found the problem. The car is working great and I would recommend them if you are looking for an Jag or Range Rover. Ask for Chad in Sales.
