There are so many things wrong with this place. 1 - The Indian manager is super rude, and very unprofessional. She yelled to me and my friends to get out after we apparently \caused a mess\ the last time we came here, even though we were very respectful, and if she meant \mess\ physically, its the workers job to clean up, as any other table would \cause a mess\. Also, we didn't cause a big as a mess compered to the table next to us with a toddler, and cause the same amount of \mess\ as any other table did. 2 - The manager eventually came to her senses, and allowed us to finally eat. We waited over an hour for our food, and asked the waitress what took so long, she said that \there were many other people waiting before you\ when there was literally only one table with 3 people next to us in the restaurant. 3 - Prices are crazy, a meal here would cost around the same as a steak meal at baton rouge, despite the food not even being that good. 4 - Portion sizes are super small. My friend ordered calamari for almost 20 bucks, and this is what we got. (He ate 1 calamari before I told him to take a picture of it). 5 - The overall experience is really bad, the only good thing here are the big screens to watch sports, and the food is OK (definitely not worth the price). I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Superb service with highly professional staff,attending you even in rush hours. I always like to visit Boston Pizza as it is my favourite restaurant. Delicious food items are there among which nachos and cheese cake are the most I like. The Indian manager is very polite. Also other staff members are very good.
This may be partly a door dash problem who insist that our catchment area is the Neyagawa location not Appleby which is closer. Needless to say the food was warm at best and not great to start with; the Wings were sparse and the Pizza doughy and chewy. I get we are in a pandemic and we must make allowances but we want to support local business too - but all in it was 100 - customer accommodation can only stretch so far. I expect a lot better from this type of restaurant at that price point.
I absolutely love the service at this location. The indian manager was very helpful when she was explained the menu to me and my vegan friends. She took her time to suggest vegan and vegetarian options for us... our order was made quickly and nicely packed. I highly recommend this location of boston pizza!!!
PROS: Very clean. Standard Boston Pizza menu (if you like their food). Polite staff. Following good Covid-19 policies (like restricting some tables from being used to allow for physical distancing). CONS: Empty (perhaps blame Covid-19 for that). Standard Boston Pizza menu (if you don’t like their food).
