They'll say yes to insure. Then you'll get contacted after about a month later, saying the insurance company wanted to clean up and they denied your approval. Which means I was driving around with my kids with no insurance for almost a month... Without knowledge!!! AND my refund was sent very late, further pushing my decision for another insurer. Bad experience. Slow response from my guy... Pathetic.

A few years ago while I was shopping around for a new firm, I came across Billyard Insurance Group here in Oakville. My experience with them has been only positive and so fantastic from the beginning. All of my vehicles are insured through them as they always have the best rates available. I always make sure to deal directly with Sarah who is really amazing at what she does. She’s always just a phone call or email away and so kind, and very quick to respond. Fast problem solver and can assist with any issues I have. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking around, and ask for Sarah - you will not be disappointed. For once in my life I don’t ever dread the insurance calls, I actually look forward them !! Glad that there is still good people left in the world.
