Not a very good experience. I had almost the entire store staff approach me and try to hustle us for a sale. Are they on commission? Not sure, but extremely pushy and off-putting. Will be avoiding Shoppers

The Beauty Boutique is strategically placed at the entrance of the drug store so that you are greeted by a bunch of pretty ladies. The ambience in the Beauty Boutique is well matching to the products range they carry

They carry Dior, Chanel, and Nars here, the latter being the hardest to find outside of Sephora and The Bay. Really enjoyed my experience here with the Dior representative. Would recommend the boutique a visit, especially given its location near Hamilton versus the Toronto area for these brands. Really loved the Dior lady but found the Chanel expert to be quite odd. Randomly would laugh to herself and walk around the area on her own. Was not at all helpful either. Found her quite rude as well.
