Check your vehicle carefully if you trust these guys when you pick up. Been going here for years and been very happy with the work. The one time I didn’t check the repair carefully they said I couldn’t prove it wasn’t fixed properly. Slimy adjuster. Never going back.

Took my car to this location and was introduced immediately at the front door by Rosa. Staff is super friendly and seem to be honest. They worked with me in deciding if I should go through insurance or pay out of pocket. After receiving a few estimates from other shops Chris was the only one to actually take the time to sit with me and breakdown what was needed. They made me understand the whole repair process and made it very easy and comfortable to leave my car with them. All in all, I got my car back and it looked as if nothing happened. Apparently they do full detailing on every car that is fixed there as it came back brand new inside. Bought them coffee and donuts for their effort. If your reading this Assured, two thumbs up, Great work and thank you.
I recently got into a serious car accident in which my car got towed to this collision centre. On what was one of the worst days of my life, I was treated with such kindness and empathy by the employees at this establishment. Specifically, Rosa who works the front desk was a tremendous support throughout the whole ordeal. Dealing with insurance can sometimes be scary and it may feel like insurance companies may not looking out for your best interest. In these uncertain times, Rosa was always available to have a conversation in which she provided me with timely updates about the status of my vehicle and repeatedly walked me through the process with patience and compassion. As my car was irreparable, I didn't have much experience with anyone else in the company but I can speak on my experience where I primarily dealt with Rosa and I can attest that her high level of customer service serves as an asset to this business.
Just wanted to give a huge shout out to ROSA from Assured Oakville. She did an exceptional job with the communication of my car. I got into my first accident a few weeks back and the customer service was amazing. She communicated when my car would be ready, when my car would be towed back to Hamilton and the next step of picking up my car after it had left the shop. When I told her I would be working until 5:00pm she gave me options to pick up my car and not having to pay out of pocket for my rental for the weekend. She was super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and bubbly over the phone. THANK YOU ROSA for your amazing customer service.
Mateo and the crew did a great job on my repairs! They were professional, timely, and were pleasant to work with. The receptionist Rosa is a gem. I would definitely come back here again!
