Great service always very honest and fair. I was surprised to see Mark pros one star review as it certainly did not reflect my experience with 3D. However when I checked out Mark pros other 16 reviews I noticed that 14 of them were one star and one was for two stars. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I suspect the problems mentioned in Mark pros review are more are more a reflection of Mark's pros issues rather than the high quality of service that's provided by 3D

Januz was fantastic. Diagnosed and repaired my sub inside of a week. Prices were fair too.
took a vintage marantz in for a blown fuse for the lamp display after a week sitting there i called for a status update. they tell me there waiting for parts has a hum. the unit was used for a month working fine with no lamps and now a mysterious hum. i decided to pick it up come to find out and was told the unit was untouched the same way it was when i brought in. so how could it be possible to order parts for it and the reason given was they are back logged if so they should not be accepting new work. if you expect a quick turn around and honest answers do not go here. they should write a book on excuses. and stop wasting peoples time we all know times money you people be the judge who the honest person is.update dec 29 taken the unit to another shop replaced the fuse that was blown for the lamps and checked over unit is working perfect dont let this guy make up story's and scam you out of your hard earned money
Fixed my subwoofer and the price was fair. Saved me a lot of money on buying a new one. Highly recommend.
