At a time of unparalleled negativity, fear, hostility and even anger, I wanted to send you a quick review in regards to my interaction with your company. Several months ago as I embarked on another renovation project this time involving the front staircase. I called your company after a little research and was transfered to Monica. We spoke, she emailed me some instructions about measuring the space etc. which I did and she sent me a price quote, quite expedishly. When it came time to get final measurements Monica arranged for a very smart and engaging Filipino man to come out and do the measuring. What a nice person! We spoke about what I wanted to see, he gave me some very good advice and said he would design something for me that I would like. A week later Monica sent me his drawing....it was perfect. I emailed Monica the signed contract and told her to please proceed. Two weeks later, yes almost to the day, Monica emailed me and said the job was done and ready to be installed. This morning at 9:30am sharp, two very nice and respectful young men pulled into my driveway, took off their boots and started the install. They were polite, not overly chatty and by 11am were done. I asked for one screw to be drilled in straight, that was done. They cleaned up their work space, said a friendly goodbye and left. The railing looks fantastic! I cannot be more pleased, what a great update to my home. From Monica, to your designer and your installation crew what a pleasant experience, wow, thank you.
I ordered a glass table top. The end product were the exact dimensions. Overall, very happy with the quality and service received. Will definitely order from them again.
We our so glad we decided to go with FRG. The main reason we decided on FRG was the service given by Katie J Knapp. Katie took time to educate us on our idea for a wine room area and dos and donts, no one else took this time with us, she responded to emails in a timely manner and gave us solutions to ideas not problems and thats why we will stick with FRG on any future projects. Service is hard to come by in this city and Katie is a valuable asset to this company. The installers Ted and Eric were also fantastic. If I was the boss I would give them a pay raise :) Thanks again Katie, Ted and Eric.
