Awesome service from start to finish! I was booked in within 2 business days for a new windshield. Arrived at the location, and WOW! it is a great looking shop, super clean, which is nice to see in a glass shop. Work was completed within 2 hours and I was on my way after paying my deductible. Great team at Novus, can't recommend enough!
This was our first time with Novus and all I can say is WOW - what an amazing customer experience. This review is a bit late but we had to get our windshield replaced 2 weeks ago from rock chips during the huge snow storm and not only did Kristy provide quick and easy customer service at the front desk, I was also able to get a ride home. What was even more impeccable was that they offered to pick me up from home back to their office to pick up my car. I live 5 minutes away but this was SO greatly appreciated given the snow storm that was happening. I want to say thank you to the entire team at Novus. I will definitely be coming back for any other services and will be referring our friends and family to do so as well!
