The staff were friendly, extremely experienced and very safety conscious. They went over every step carefully and made sure that you were supported every step of the way. Great place for your first jump. The only hitch was that the pics and video were okay, but not great. Good enough mind you and it is challenging to do given that you are jumping out of a plane. I would highly recommend.

They really care about safety which is awesome. They have experienced People working there, people who have done thousands of jumps already and really know their stuff! It's a pretty rustic place and they power everything by solar power. They have great service and a really nice dog named Ceasar who is quite friendly and adds to the comfort levels.
The staff was very knowledgeable and helped us to feel really confident. The instructors were fantastic, and the jump was the most incredible experience! Will definitely be back to see these guys!
The people here are great
Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I surprised my girlfriend with a skydiving package from Skydive Moncton. I followed the instruction on their website and gave my information and deposit. On the day we were supposed to jump the weather seemed fine. Sunny with light clouds. After driving for almost an hour to get to the jump zone I arrive to find out that they are not flying that day. What??? Here is my problem, they (the women working) claims that it's stated on their website (which I have no doubt) that "I" the customer who is paying, should have called "them" before coming!!! Wait a second, it's not clear that this is my responsibility (unless you dig around for it) and furthermore "they" have all the information needed (weather and my contact info) to call or text me to let me know there won't be a jump. That's just basic customer service!! What bothers me is they didn't seem to acknowledge that they could have done a better job informing me. When I arrived they (she) was just sitting around chatting with someone, not terribly busy. Like I stated, it was sunny and not windy (at least at ground level) so why would anyone suspect a problem. I told her as a customer "We as clients are excited to be doing this and are not the best candidates to be trusted to read through the whole site and take note that it is our responsibility to contact "you" to see if you are flying or not". Anyway, I hope they up their game and treat their customers better. I'm scheduling a jump in Montreal. I can not recommend Skydive Moncton.
Wish they were still open
The service was excellent from start to finish. The introduction to skydiving was excellent and the experience memorable. Video recording service was convenient and super fast turnover, within minutes! Would recommend to anyone!
