Ordered parts for my snowmobile over a month ago gave the parts guy part number over the phone he proceed to tell me it was a 350 dollar panel i again gave him the part number after the third time of telling him the number he finally got it right and order me the 20 dollar part i need along with other parts ordered over 800 dollars in parts and received a wrong part when said i got the wrong part they then told me i had to pay restocking fee and that the parts guy couldnt have screwed up when the part i received was one part number off then the one i needed i also have not got a single call back from them on any of my parts coming in i would like to have my snowmobile back together i called another dealer in dorchester great to deal with and when part i needed was on back order also went out of there way to find me another option seems like the people at davidsons cant get you off the phone fast enough i will not be using them again would rather drive the 40 min to dorchester

Went in today to purchase a Honda Generator. Totally ignored by staff as the only salesman was crooning over a person looking at a quad and giving the 100 point list of accessories. Asked parts department for assistance, sent me to the crooner who was at point #32 of 100. Plus, there was another person in the store when I walked in standing near a motorcycle. I assumed he wanted to look at the bike. I waited 20 minutes as more customers come walking in. Went home and ordered one through a tractor dealership in Thamesford. Will never step foot in Davidson's

I purchased a used sled this week and Mike went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready and delivered as promised! I can honestly say that this was the best and easiest snowmobile purchase i have ever made.....there is something to be said for small town charm and honesty. I highly recommend and thank Mike and team for going that extra mile...it truely makes a difference.
